While no coach, teacher, or program at Mira Costa may require students to purchase supplies and equipment, it is advantageous to have your own equipment to complete assignments. This allows flexibility in when and where students create their work, honoring their individual needs, and creativity. Below is a recommended list of equipment for Media Arts students.
MBUSD does not fund equipment for our classes, and we rely solely on donations and parent support for all of our equipment, subscriptions, and licenses. Find out how you can support our classes and ensure all students have the best cutting edge experience by visiting the MBX Media Arts Booster Club site.
